18 Aug 2009: DIN Relay Assembly

We have recently completed a project to develop a combined DIN rail and wiring harness assembly for a large scale commercial vending system.
This was completed by one of our senior technicians, from the basic schematic information to final master sample, within two weeks. Involving the control of 30 x electric motors and 32 x solenoids through a total of 72 x relays together with 30 x drawer connectors, 30 x LED push-button switches and a number of microswitches was a relatively complex assignment. However, the customer was highly pleased with both the time-scale and the final result which is currently part of the total build for the pre-production prototype.
